Extramural Funds Accounting
We provide financial and accounting services for contracts & grants, private gifts, and endowments.
In providing the following services, our unit will operate efficiently to maintain compliance with University policies and procedures, federal regulations, and the terms and conditions established by our donors and sponsoring agencies. Our responsibilities include:
Contract & Grant Services
- award set up in UC Berkeley's Financial Systems
- financial reporting and analysis
- invoicing
- accounts receivable collections
- cash management
- audit coordination
- personnel activity report coordination
- campuswide training and technical assistance
Gifts & Endowments Services
- gift and endowment processing in UC Berkeley's Financial Systems
- financial reporting and analysis
- campuswide training and technical assistance
